Niet alleen neemt hij mensen mee op het holistische en zweverige pad, hij vindt chemokuren ook volstrekt nutteloos om kanker te bestrijden. Een stelling die hem op heel wat kritiek te staan komt. Door heel wat mensen wordt hij ronduit een idioot genoemd.
